Thank you for running our company's turnaround story, "Connecticut Yankee" (September, page 73) I think Mr Guido captured the scent of the community and the abiding-place building lessons it provided: Build to your market, work with the town, maintain a dutiful image in the broker community, and use experienced the public In the best of circumstances, building
