The ninth--and largest--addition to the U Capital in Washington, DC is more than 40% undiminished with part of it forward track to provide a platform for the presidential inauguration formality in January. The subterranean Capitol Visitor Center (CVC), which is subject to construction adjacent to the Capitol's East brow will be the new passage point for visitors.
