I advise builders forward mold prevention and am always looking for better outcomes I am glad Mr. Maynard included Kevin Powell's assertion that while materials are important, the systems of construction may be more important. What I don't agree with is Shan Jenkins' view that housewrap "does not allow the house to breathe." He then states, "We use 15-pound felt paper to wrap the whole house. It allows the house to breathe and obstructs moisture buildup."
