The $140 million Illinois Maximum Security Correctional Center in Thomson Ill., includes more than 600000 sq ft of building space to house 1600 maximum-security inmates. The facility required 395000 sq ft of Snap-Clad 24gauge galvalume panels with a custom color, Prison Grey finish. In addition, 20000 linear feet of 20-gauge Pac-Loc coping and 5000 sq ft of Snap-On panels were installed. plan architect Daniel, Mann, Johnson & Mendenhall
