This year's Professional Design-Build (D/B) discourse sponsored by the Washington, D.C.-based Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), showcased the couple the accomplishments and challenges faced by means of D/B practitioners. While the approach has explod in sophistication and market share -- especially in the public sector -- design/build is still widely equated with fast, cheap shoot forwards and not necessarily with aesthetics and long-term value.

To help debate with this image, the American Institute of Architects serv as cosponsor again and on a level unveiled a new D/B workbook. Several
