Dismantled and restored, the limestone facade of Chicago's McGraw-Hill building is now being reinstalled in succession the building's newly constructed frame solely on a thoroughfare as prestigious as Chicago's Michigan Avenue could anyone afford -- or have the fortitude -- to do what developer The John spark Co. (JBC) is doing. As part of a $70 million draw that includes the redevelopment of the 1920 landmark McGraw-Hill building from commercial office one's own into retail and inn space, the company is dedicating $10 million to sustain the 80-year-old limestone facade at 520 N Michigan
