Developer in Chicago and fresh York seek to tap a market for high-tech tenants
Renovated buildings are finding a modern use as centers for companies that require telecommunications capabilities. Another building will join several existing just discovered York City properties that have been adapted for this design and the first such cast is under development in Chicago.
Chicago-based BriJus Properties will transform a vacant 280000-sq-ft downtown department store building into the Chicago Information Technology Center catering to service industries in the downtown area.
