The office market is recovering strenuously in the West North Central, the East southerly Central and, more recently, the Pacific and southerly Atlantic. The recovery has at the same time to hit substantively in recent England, the Mid-Atlantic and the East North Central. A tentative recruiting was cut off during 1996 in the West southern Central, and a strong comeback in the Mountain division may have be the effected in overbuilding that now plagues the market.
