Looking to expand into modern markets Detroit-based A/E firm SHG Inc. and West Coast architectural firm Stone Marraccini Patterson (SMP) have signed a literal meaning of intent to merge, effective Jan. 1 1998
Including SMP's offices in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Calif., and Kuala Lumpur and SHG's Phoenix, Detroit and Philippines offices, the of the present day merged entity will be known as SMP/SHG with Steven Isaacs, president of SMP serving as president of the of the present day company.
