The AIA revises couple of its standard documents to improve contrive delivery and reduce the climate for conflict This fall the American Institute of Architects (AIA) plans to release couple updated construction documents: the Owner/Architect Agreement (B141) and the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction (A201). The documents, which were last revised in 1987 recognize the changes in the way buildings are designed, built and operated.
