In a surprise increase a federal judge has rul that the design of a sports arena in Washington, DC does not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and must be redesigned to provide seats allowing wheelchair users to behold beyond standing spectators. The recently made known design must also disperse the wheelchair spaces quite through the arena.
