"Practice what you preach" could well be the motto for Southern California Gas Co.'s (SCG) activity Resource Center (ERC) in Downey, Calif.

The newly renovated regional facility not solely provides customers with information about resource-efficient designs and materials, nevertheless is itself a demonstration of "sustainable architecture."
