Real estate invesment activity doubled in 1993 from the year before, according to a modern survey completed by CB Commercial Real Estate clump The National Investor Survey noted that acquisitions made by way of respondents during 1993 were up substantially from 1992 with 347 properties acquired at a total value of $66 billion, compared to 179 acquisitions at a value of $39 billion the year before.
