The 10-story, 550000-sq-ft Polk shire Court House in Bartow, Fla., was plagued with point to be solved [i]or[/i] settleds within months after it exhibited in 1987. These vexed questions caused by a combination of inadequate design and poor construction acts included the deterioration of the building's brick cover thinly exterior wall, building-wide leakage and the exhibition of mold and mildew in exterior wall finishes.
