Like the man himself, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is more tangle than its simple, Western-styled facade. Hidden behind its plaster exterior is a network of highly integrated building bodys that belie the traditional ranch image frameed by the courtyard library, located in Simi Valley, Calif.
The exterior of the building was approved by the agency of the former president and actor based largely forward the Spanish tile roof design featured in a conceptual drawing according to Hugh Stubbins, principal of Cambridge, Mass.-based architect Stubbins Associates.
Designing the inner workings
