At a time when chilly economic winds have driven major of the present day York City developers into hibernation, the unfolding partnership of Lincoln Metrocenter Partners (LMP) has wasted ground on a 47-story mixed-use tangled skein on the city's Upper West Side. Named Lincoln Square, the 800000-sq-ft brew will feature a 38-story residential tower rising from an eight-story commercial base. "The exhibit demonstrates that real estate disclosure on a grand scale can still be accomplished in Manhattan if the parties involved can creatively configuration a viable deal," said LMP
