Propos revisions would clarify "wetlands" definition
The U Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in answer to the Bush administration's plan to make wetlands designation les ambiguous, has propos revisions to the Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands. The manual was bring outed in 1989 by the EPA, the U Fish and Wildlife Service and the Army Corps of Engineers.
The Bush administration fights that use of the 1989 manual doubled the estimated acreage of U wetlands to include each "mud puddle," according to
