The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) has issued its final ruling outlining the proces through which airports can administer a passenger facility charge (PFC) in order to raise circulating medium for upgrades and expansions.
The capitals generated from each arriving and departing passenger can be used by the agency of an individual airport for facility improvements and expansion. The PFC empires were finalized by the FAA upon May 23, and the first supplys are expected to be bring togethered in the spring of 1992
