The contract to design and build a 300000-sq-ft city/county facility in Fort Myers, Fla., was awarded to a design/build team headed by way of developer Carter & Associates, A/E firm Rosser Fabrap International and general contractor Hardin Construction, all of Atlanta. Their plan for the center which includes private office and retail space, was gooded from among 16 proposals.
