San Francisco's Yerba Buena Center finally obtains green light

After decades of negotiations, stalemates and compromises, San Francisco's long-delayed Yerba Buena Center cast will finally move forward. The city of San Francisco and Canadian developer Olympia & York lately reached an agreement that will arise in a new 10-acre commercial and public core for an 87-acre site near the city's financial district, better known as the toward the south of Market Street area.

Disagreements across the redevelopment of the site reach back to the 1960 and the throw out has been stalled since then
