AT&T Town Pavilion revitalizes downtown Kansas City The 12 million-sq.-ft. mixed-use compound incorporates a new office tower and restored landmark buildings The 38-story AT&T Town Pavilion in downtown Kansas City, Mo is more than just a shiny recently made known office building for an 3,000 AT&T employees. It is a two-block tangle that encompasses a three-level 210000-sq-ft retail center and sum of two units completely renovated historic conformations that have been instrumental in revitalizing downtown Kansas City's business and retail activity.
